Who we are
CaseKit (casekit.in) publishes downloadable legal-awareness guides for readers in India. This policy is framed with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
Your name and email when you request a free guide, buy a guide or contact us; order details; quiz answers you choose to submit; and basic analytics such as pages visited and campaign (UTM) tags.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials — only an order reference and payment status.
How we store data
Data is stored with our cloud database provider on secured infrastructure with access limited to the CaseKit team.
How we use it
To deliver your guides, respond to messages, send occasional updates about new guides (you can unsubscribe any time), and improve the site. We never sell or share your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages help readers. You can block these via your browser settings.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@casekit.in. We respond within 30 days.
