Digital downloads
Because CaseKit guides are delivered instantly as digital PDFs, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a guide has been purchased.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but didn't receive your download, or were charged twice, email hello@casekit.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll resend the guide or reverse the duplicate charge within 7 working days.
